We write this review with great pleasure and sincere appreciation for all Janice Phillips did to help us find the perfect home in Queen Creek! From the start Janice listened to our needs and showed us homes that fit our request. Once we found the home right for us, she helped with our offer strategy to ensure we bought the home at a fair price. While buying a home out of state is never an easy task, doing it during a global pandemic introduces a host of sizable challenges. Janice was ready to help us at every turn with remote home tours, numerous conference calls and considerable e-mail communications. She very knowledgeable about Queen Creek and the East Valley and genuinely welcomes the opportunity to be a useful resource for her clients. Janice is kind, humorous and understanding. Janice is the consummate professional. She was always available, always on top of everything, we never worried about being ready for the next stage in our process. We have used Janice now on each of our last 4 homes both purchasing and selling. Janice is a pleasure and excellent to work with and she is very good at marketing and following up on other parties responsibilities.
Janice is timely with communication and is when she says she is going to do something she does it.
She is thorough and always always has acted in our best interest.
