We HIGHLY recommend Janice Rogers. She the BEST realtor we've ever worked with. Ms. Janice is always professional and prompt when answering questions, requesting information, and providing guidance. Ms. Janice always took the time to answer all of our questions, and helped us troubleshoot issues we encountered when trying to sell our home. Ms. Janice is well connected, so it was easy for us to outsource companies to resolve what needed to be fixed prior to selling. Ms. Janice placed our home on the market immediately after checking to make sure it was sale ready. We got offers instantaneously. She helped us to navigate the process and explained offers that best suited what we wanted. Ms. Janice did an awesome job explaining the different fees associated with selling a home and made sure we were comfortable every step of our process. Even when we got a little discouraged a times, Ms. Janice always stepped in and let us know that everything would work out as we desired, AND IT DID!
