Born and raised in Louisiana, Janice earned her degree in Merchandising and Business from Northwestern State University before beginning a 34-year career in retail management with Target and Dollar General. Throughout her career, she built a reputation for listening first, staying organized, solving problems with patience, and genuinely caring about the people she served.
After purchasing her own home in Youngsville in 2015, Janice discovered just how meaningful the home buying experience could be. Already passionate about real estate, she began to imagine helping others experience that same excitement and confidence. A few years later, she turned that lifelong interest into a career she truly loves.
Today, Janice brings that same thoughtful, people-first approach to every client she serves. Known for her calm, steady nature, she takes the time to understand what matters most, answers questions honestly, and never believes in rushing important decisions. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine compassion help create an experience where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

When she's not working, Janice enjoys spending time with her fiancé, John, her daughters, Alayna and Alexa, grand-daughter, Saylor, family, and friends. She loves traveling to destinations on her bucket list, cheering on the Saints, staying active with yoga, pilates, and weight training, spending time outdoors, tending to her yard, which she happily calls her favorite place, to unwind, and getting together with friends for a game of mahjong.
