If you are selling your house I cannot recommend Janine enough. She stays on top of what's going on, is very responsive and really keeps your interest in the forefront. When our first transaction fell apart at the last minute she was there to get us back on the market and sold within just two weeks. Very good service. Thank you Janine.

We have been with Janine since 2007, she is such a professional. She has been instrumental in our home purchases three times through the years, with each sale being more impressive than the last. The latest time she deftly maneuvered within this ever changing market. We were able to walk into a beautiful house with equity under our belts- (in this market) and make a pretty penny on our house sale, too! Just unheard of these days!
