About Janine

Originally from Southern California, I moved to Charlotte County Florida in 1994. In 2002, I started my career in the real estate field by working as a broker's assistant and office manager for a successful local independent brokerage. In 2006, I received my Florida real estate license and have been a multi million dollar producer with over 5 million in lifetime sales. In 2012, I started in property management full time and managed over 50 annual and short term rentals for six years. I have also worked in the legal field; and earned a Paralegal Studies degree from State College of Florida in Venice, where I graduated with honors. In my spare time, I co-lead a Girl Scout troop, volunteer for various causes, love to read, love to learn, and love to spend time at one of the many gorgeous beaches Florida has to offer. With my diverse background in real estate and the legal profession; I am a Realtor you can count on to understand the complexities of real estate sales and negotiations.
