Janis Schweinsberg is a Midland native and has spent the last five years with my Real Estate license, walking alongside family, friends, and clients, helping them achieve their real estate goals. Before earning her Real Estate, license and going through the training to become a realtor (there is a difference between the two!) Janis had been working in the real estate industry on a personal level. Family and friends knew of her passion for HOME, even back then. Whether it was guiding them in repairs, updating, staging their home to get it ready for sale, or managing rentals and tenants, she was their gal! This was all on "the side" as she also had a full-time job at a local private school, starting out as the Assistant to the Director of Marketing, and working her way into the Director of Marketing position. She and her husband decided it was time to make real estate her full-time job in 2016! With his and their children's love and support, Janis moved forward becoming a full-time Realtor Since then, her passion has grown! Helping everyone she can with their dreams for HOME! Her knowledge continues to grow through continuing education and experience!
