From the pre-qualification process, finding the perfect property, getting an offer accepted, submitting the contract to the title company, collecting the escrow deposit, scheduling the inspection, and finally getting to the closing table. These are a few steps of many others that need to be accomplished prior to closing a transaction. There is also the existing homeowner who is reselling and looking to upgrade properties. Investors are looking for that unique opportunity to maximize their profit. I have been working as a listing agent for banks that want to liquidate their (REO) and foreclosure inventory since 2008.
