Jared Bourjolly is truly one of a kind. I am so thankful to have found him and to have had him by my side to navigate the process of purchasing my first home. He is extremely knowledgable about the real estate industry and answered every single one of my questions with speed, accuracy and patience. He is an expert with the Philly real estate market and makes the entire process manageable - especially for a first time homebuyer like me. Not only does he check in throughout the entire process with helpful updates and clear expectations, Jared also provides lots of recommendations for companies to work with for all the steps of the buying process. I can't express enough how awesome Jared was during the whole process. He is super helpful and knowledgeable and is always willing to help with any questions you may have. JARED BOURJOLLY MAKES EVERYTHING EASIER!

Would highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a property. I would give this 6 Stars if I could. Jared not only provided everything in a professional manner, in a timely fashion, and in a way I could understand it - but Jared was always calm cool and friendly through out it all.

I gave him the specs of what I was looking for, and he found everything in range and even extras that he suggested to look at. Lucky for me he did so because I ended up settling on one of his suggestions just a few weeks ago!

I never take the time to do reviews, but I really felt I needed to. After all the work that I envisioned would be horrible turned out to be as simple as buttoning my shirt - I had to let anyone in need of a real estate agent know that this is definitely the person to work with. Coming from a first time home owner, I couldn't have asked for a better guide through it all.

Thank you Jared! And anyone reading this, you won't regret contacting him.

It was such a pleasure working with Jared! As a beginner real estate investor in Philadelphia, I worked with other realtors in the past and missed out on potential investment properties because the realtors moved too slow. When it was time to submit an offer, Jared moved quickly, was knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. There was a slight delay in the seller accepting the offer and Jared was able to use his negotiation skills which I’m extremely grateful for. I purchased my first piece of land while working with Jared and he has already provided some knowledge around next steps. If you are looking to buy or sell any type of real-estate, Jared is who you want to work with. Not only is he a great realtor but he brings so much else to the table when it comes to buying and selling. He knows the ins and outs of all the neighborhoods; has an incredible network of lenders, builders, property managers...you name it he will know or be able to find someone; oh and not to mention he is a tax expert! Jared is overall just great to work with and I couldn't have been happier through my experience.

I highly recommend Jared's services! His CPA background, ability to identify value, intimate understanding of the market, and strong industry relationships all played a part in securing my first home & rental property.

I sought out Jared's expertise as a first time home buyer. I was specifically looking for a home that would meet my needs to live in & potentially rent rooms to offset the cost of my mortgage. I knew Jared was a CPA and an investor in Philly. He quickly identified properties that met my needs. He kept an eye on the market for me and eventually secured a home significantly under list price! Jared connected me with a lender that offered first-time home buyer credits which made my downpayment VERY minimal. It was a seamless transaction and an excellent investment. Months later I wound up renting out the entire home. Jared priced my home competitively enough to bring out several tenant options even during an uncertain rental market due to COVID. He used his relationships in the industry to find & screen tenants to rent my home. I'm very happy with my tenants months later.

Jared is an INCREDIBLE realtor and advocate! He truly knows the Philadelphia housing market like no one else, and can assist in finding the best loan for your needs as well as finding the perfect home. He also is a CPA, and his grasp of numbers was super helpful in helping me determine how to get the best deal on my home. Very professional, and it was never an issue connecting with Jared. Finalizing my mortgage and getting to settlement was HELL...Thank God Jared was there with me the whole way.
