In addition to running Cacci Properties, I serve as a Technical Director of Construction Advisory Services at Rimkus Consulting, where I advise lenders, investors, developers, and institutional clients on complex real estate and construction risk matters nationwide. That experience helps me identify opportunities, risks, and value in a way that directly benefits my real estate clients.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud father of three. Most nights and weekends are spent coaching youth flag football and baseball, renovating properties, or exploring New England with my family. I believe real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and helping clients make confident decisions during some of life’s biggest milestones.
