Jared Cordova

Jared Cordova is an associate broker with Keller Williams Georgia Communities located in their Griffin, GA office. During his 15+ year career in real estate, he has built a reputation as an investment property specialist. He believes that integrity, expertise, follow up, and attention to detail are the most important aspects a realtor can bring to their client.

Jared attended the University of GA in Athens where he graduated cum laude with a BBA. He was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity of which he was elected as treasurer and then president.

Post college, he had a brief stint of buying and working with rental properties on his own. After acquiring his own portfolio of rental properties, Jared began his professional career in real estate as a property manager for a local firm, Real Estate Management Associates in 2007. After becoming a co-owner of the company and operations manager in 2009, he helped grow it through the downturn to become the largest and #1 property management firm in the area. During that time, he has bought, sold, managed, and consulted on thousands of investment properties that include residential, multi-family, and commercial. After obtaining his sales license in 2016, he has levered his knowledge, expertise, and contacts to become a multi-million-dollar producer. Now as the qualifying broker for RMA and an associate sale broker for Keller Williams Georgia Communities, he has the experience, knowledge, and resources necessary to assist you with selling, buying, or managing any type of real estate.

As a lifelong resident of Griffin, he is happily married to his beautiful wife Julie and has three daughters. His numerous community involvements include being and active member of the Exchange Club, a former president of the Griffin Bulldog Club, a board member of the Griffin Historical Society, and he is an active member of Eagles Way Church. In his free time, he has a well-rounded list of activities that he enjoys such as golf, exercise, hunting, fishing, camping, college football, and spending time with his family and friends.
