Jared brings a wealth of real estate, legal, and business experience to Brockman Real Estate. Before joining the ownership team, Jared was the number one agent at another Berkshires real estate brokerage. Prior to moving to the Berkshires with his wife and family, Jared practiced law at two premier international law firms in Boston and San Francisco where he worked closely with Fortune 500 and international companies.
Each client's unique interests and circumstances are at the forefront of Jared's approach. Real estate is more than just an investment for most clients; it is a vehicle through which individuals and families live their lives. Careful attention must be paid to each client’s intentions, priorities, financial realities, and timelines. Jared therefore invests a great deal of time with his clients to get to know them, learn from them, and customize a game plan that fits their circumstances.
A plan is only a starting point, however. Many transactions will encounter unforeseen events that may require difficult choices. Jared's dedication to his clients, responsiveness, honesty, and attention-to-detail helps him develop creative, nimble, and effective strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients.
Jared enjoys hiking and exploring the Berkshires with his wife and two young sons. When not in the Berkshires, Jared is enthusiastic about international travel and has traveled in over fifty countries, including overland across Asia, throughout Europe, many parts of Africa, and most of Latin America.
