As a Land Development Specialist, Jared’s 25 years of experience in real estate comes with a unique perspective of two rich heritages. A 4th generation real estate developer, his philosophies of real estate development are deeply rooted in longstanding familial traditions. Jared received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah in Speech Communication and Spanish, his Master’s Certificate of Urban Planning, and obtained his Master's Degree of Real Estate Development from the same prestigious university, all being formative learning experiences that eventually led him to real estate acquisition, entitlement and development. These additional certifications and designations helped Jared navigate the sometimes difficult transactions and situations for the benefit of a transaction.
