Jarene by far is the best Realtor in FL, rather you want to sell or buy a home! From the beginning at contract signing, to the end of closing, she kept us informed on everything. She made our selling experience better than the experience we had when we bought the home with another Realtor. We were able to sell our home in a couple of months, EVEN after the buyers financing fell through. Her expertise and passion are unmatched. So glad we chose her!

As a 72-year-old Florida native and I know I am very hard to deal with, Jarene had so much patience with me, and I can confidently say Jarene is the best realtor I've worked with. I’ve sold 16 other homes and have decades of real estate experience. I have told her many times I think she is the best realtor in Florida. Jarene set a fair price, and handled everything—from electricians to cleaning crews, an AC company and more. Jarene Mathias from Remax premier realty is a young vicious conscience realtor! She had many obstacles to overcome that were settle in a professional manner. My husband and I didn’t always agree on the handling of the sale, but Jarene helped navigate us to a resolve.

Jarene Mathias skillfully guided me through process of selling my home. First she told me how to improve curb appeal and make inexpensive indoor improvements. Then she gave me a list of service providers to accomplish what I couldn't do myself. And when there was an issue with workmanship she had the clout to get corrective action quickly.
She also convinced me to leave some furniture as staging. It turned out that the comfortable ambiance of a furnished dining room was the go-to spot for potential buyers and their realtors to talk over offers.
After the offers started coming in she helped me assess potential buyers' ability to secure a mortgage and eventually recommended the buyer for the house.
Finally she helped me navigate from a signed sales contract to a successful closing. Along the way there were knotty details like repairs to be made and warranties to be transferred.
Jarene is the consummate professional realtor. She helped me make cost effective improvements and smart decisions from start to finish.

This is the second home that we have sold with Jarene. Both times she sold the house really quickly and both times the house was priced at the high end of the market in that area. She will listen to you and she will try it your way, but listen to her experience and she will do a great job for you. In a few months, we will put another home for sale in the area and I have not doubts as to whom I’ll use.
