The process of finding acceptable tenants had become too time consuming and overwhelming for my husband and I. We contacted 2 or 3 management agencies but their prices were too steep and staff seemed preoccupied. Fortunately, an acquaintance recommended Mrs. Jarneen Towns. Mrs. Towns was extremely helpful. She was professional, organized, knowledgeable, respectful, a great communicator, friendly, and sincere plus her services were affordable. Mrs. Towns created ads and put them online, interviewed prospective tenants, secured and reviewed their employment, rental and financial history, and met with tenants to show the apartment. Mrs. Towns' tenant reports and assessments helped our decision-making concerning the prospective tenants. Although, Mrs. Towns provided us tenant locator services, Mrs. Towns is also a property manager and realtor. In the near future, when we decide to sell our property, we will contact Mrs. Towns. My husband and I highly recommend Mrs. Jarneen Towns.
