Jasmine found her calling. She treated us like family. Went out of her way to accommodate our specific needs. Moving is a big stresser, but she made it easy. See handled everything and went out of her way to help with a house issue,even after we closed. She listed my mom's co-op and it sold in 3 weeks. Thank you Jasmine for all your hard work.

Jasmine was AMAZING!! From beginning to end and beyond!! She made sure to keep me updated during the process she gave me such comfort and reassurance during times when I thought we would not get our new home. I am usually a well prepared person & organized but with the home buying process what I thought I knew I had no idea!! I put 1000% of my trust into Jasmine which I rarely am able to do with people but her constant reassurance and level of expertise was more than enough to get us what we wanted!!

I cannot recommend Jasmine and Ben enough. I was a first time home buyer with a lot of questions and minimal knowledge. I was impressed with not just the level of expertise both Jasmine and Ben had, but also their patience in answering all of my questions and hesitations.

Additionally, to make things more complicated, I was based in Chicago and looking for a home in Metro Detroit. Jasmine and Ben were flexible enough to make it work regardless. They conducted video tours, partnered with my Mom for in person tours, and made themselves available on a moment's notice.

Selling a childhood home is a very emotional Rollercoaster and she was there every step of the way to make it a fantastic experience. Jasmine is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. She is very attentive and goes out of her way to help you find the best possible home. What makes Jasmine outstanding is that she actually cares about her clients and really listens to their needs. We were buying from out of state and Jasmine made it so easy! Where do I even begin. Jasmine has been such a blessing for our home buying process as a first time home buyer. She was very responsive from the beginning and far beyond after we had already closed and moved in. Not only did she respond promptly, but she somehow knew all the right resources and at times, answered questions proactively before we thought of them. Literally the best realtor ever. Such an amazing helpful person. Also very attentive to questions and very quick at responding. She advised us on negotiation tactics and in this market every bit counts. We looked at so many houses over the course of 6 months and only put 4 different offers in, on our fourth one we got it! She also advised our mortgage specialist which turned out to be one of the best routes we could’ve taken. We honestly consider her a friend now. She helped us find our starter home and it turned out to be the house of our dreams! I will forever recommend her to everyone I know and even people I don’t. Where do I begin?
Jasmine helped sell and purchase during unprecedented times (covid-19). Her communication and understanding was that I’ve never witnessed or been apart of. I’m very weary of sales people from furniture to car sales but this, the biggest transaction a blue collar worker can make well jasmine made it an incredible anxiety-less experience. She explained everything throughly, she and her team communicated quite well and made themselves available almost all times of the day everyday.
