Before becoming a full-time Realtor, Jason spent 10 years as a project manager in the custom homebuilding industry, gaining hands-on experience with residential construction from foundation to finish. He also spent 8 years working in real estate at the state government level, where he developed deep expertise in zoning laws, land use, and municipal regulations.
Jason also brings an investor’s perspective as a partner in a local real estate investment company that renovates distressed properties throughout Central and Eastern Connecticut. This allows him to realistically evaluate inspection findings, renovation costs, and what truly drives home value in today’s market.
