I have never experienced an easier sale of a house. Jason hustled to get the house on the market to capture the summer clientele. It sold within a week with multiple offers over asking. He continued to negotiate the details in our favor throughout the process. In the end, he commissioned a local artist to paint a picture of the house. It was such a thoughtful treasure, as my mom left her home of 25 years. Thank you for making it happen.

I can't say enough good things about Jason and the Compass Home Collective. Jason and company recently helped our family with the fast sale of my elderly mother's condo. From the minute we started working together Jason made it easy on us by taking the initiative to do whatever it took to make the property ready to sell.....including site prep and the creation of marketing plan and sales strategy. These efforts ultimately led to multiple offers and a quick sale.

During the sales and negotiation process, Jason always showed he was representing his client's interests 100%, which provided a high degree of comfort that this was someone you could totally depend on. Voice, text, and email communications were flawless, responsive, and timely. You can't go wrong with this team!

Jason Daniels expertly handled the sale of our condo in San Marcos. He was recommended to us by our close friends and he
did an exceptional job for us. Our condo was a rental and had a few months left on the lease to our long time renter. Jason contacted our renter and handled all interactions with him, offering him help in finding a new rental and assistance in moving him out.
Jason and Erin took over the renovation of the condo. They arranged for painting, installion of new flooring and as well as landscape updating. How nice to have our agent handle all of the details ! I cannot recommend them more highly !

Jason and erin are in incredible team. Without them we could not have found our first home. After years of searching they made our dreams become a reality. They are true professionals and I can’t speak highly enough about how much they did for us through the whole process. Every time we had questions they were quick to respond and help us through all of our design ideas, escrow questions, inspection details, contingencies, etc . They are calm and cool and extremely helpful. We feel very fortunate to have such a great couple to help us get to the finish line!

Jason is legit! We had not considered selling our first home until Jason and his lovely wife, Erin, approached us in 2020. They gave us faith to sell our home in hopes of buying our dream home in the area we loved. The process was great and we sold the home for considerable profit, to an off market buyer. Jason walked us through all the numbers and Erin helped us stage the home and make it look its best. We spent 2021 searching for our "forever" home. Jason was in constant communication about possible opportunities and upcoming properties. He kept us motivated in an extremely competitive market. In October, Jason and Erin mentioned we view a listing that seemed unattainable, just to keep all options open. They used all personal connections and resources within the neighborhood and built us the strongest offer we could make. The seller accepted our offer of almost 150k below list price because of their efforts. Insane. It's difficult to find sincere people in this industry, but Jason and Erin exceeded our expectations. Really great people who are great at their job! Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to begin... My experience with the Davidson group, specifically with Jason Daniels, exceeded my expectations! My husband and I fell in love with a house in Lake San Marcos back in May... However, the sellers decided to take it off the market, which left us beyond bummed, but hopeful that Jason would find us our dream home. Months had gone by, and we received an unexpected call from Jason that “the house” we fell in love with in May, was going to hit the market in 24 hours. Jason got us in and helped put together a vision, and an offer that changed our lives! With a TON of negotiating (by Jason), our offer was accepted the next morning!!! It was go time... he then quickly advised on next steps to get our current house sold, and without hesitation, we followed his instruction! He had our house sold in 1 weekend.... 14 offers, ALL over asking!!!! We made a killing on our house, and landed our dream home all within 2 weeks. It wasn’t easy, and there were a ton of moving parts, and I’m sure stressful days and nights for Jason... But, he made it happen! It was the most amazing and seamless process ever.
