At the time that I decided to sell my home, I was in Tennessee with my sons family, recuperating from several family traumas.
JASON & DESTINEE took care of literally EVERYTHING that needed to be done to BEAUTIFULLY stage & sell my home!! I truly felt that they did as wonderful of a job as they would have done for their own moms!

OMG! Best Agent & crew! Jason did such an AMAZING JOB! Omg i cannot explain how he went beyond and above to help me sale my home. I’m so grateful for him and his team! All the last minute help I needed to get out of my old home to my new home OMG! So amazing! Jason did a fabulous job with the sale of my house. Not only did he get me what I’d hoped for in terms of $$$, but he was professional and kind. When I was stressed and there were a few occasions as I had never sold a home before, he reassured me much of what we were dealing with was normal.

When preparing my home for sale, there was a miscommunication with the gardener who said he was cleaning up the plants. What he did was remove beautiful flowering plants I’d cultivated over the years. These were mature, hearty plants that proved to survive our heat and cold temps. I was so upset that I had to replant everything.

Jason and his team came out and helped me. It was well beyond the scope of his job description, but I think he could hear the desperation and frustration in my voice. They showed up when they did not have to. Ultimately this was a very good experience. My house was essentially sold the same day it listed. I was very impressed with his time, attention to detail, letting repair folks in and out. It was such a good experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason for your real estate needs. Thank you Jason!

We used Jason De Leon to sell our home in Tracy and he was outstanding.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Then we went to http://www.sellingestateswithjason.com and found our perfect match. The Intero Franchise and Jason stood out as the best anyone has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he puts a lot of work into his listings.

We spoke with Jason and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from The Bay Area and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Jason made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer.

Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Jason (and Destinee, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

I've recommended Jason and the Intero Real Estate Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
