Jason Grant

Jason represents buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial brokerage activities, leasing, and property management. He has worked with individuals, families, institutions, and legal entities to meet their goals when buying, selling, or leasing real property. An investor at heart, Jason began his personal real estate investment career in 2007 and made the decision to switch careers permanently after finding success within the industry.

Jason lives in Brentwood with his wife, Caroline, and their children, Ainsley, Keelyn, Eva, and James. He is an actively-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Realtor®, an Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce™ (RCS-D™), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), a Professional Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM®), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, the founder and Team Captain of All Pro Dads of Kenrose, a member of the Kenrose Parent-Teacher Organization, and a soccer coach for his kids. He received his education from Brentwood High School and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
