Selling my house could have been a stressful and difficult time but Jason made the process as seamless as it could be. He helped me stage and prepare my house to sell at top dollar. Jason took the time to explain every offer that came in (all at asking or above) and to educate me on what made each one unique. He is dedicated to his clients and is so knowledgeable about the industry. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Absolutely amazing experience working with Jason! For a first time home buyer Mr.Houser made the entire process a massive learning experience to truly understand how real estate works and made it a priority to be certain I was making educated informed decisions at each and every step of the way. Devoting countless hours touring properties for weeks on end, not a minute went to waste and there was always something to be learned at each moment. No matter what time of day Jason could be reached and had a way forward in any situation brought to his attention. I would personally recommend Jason Houser to anyone interested in anything pertaining to home ownership and real estate! Will one hundred percent be going back when I purchase another or decide to sell someday!
