Jason and Melissa are both AWESOME! Can’t really put it any other way. I called Jason and told him we wanted to sell and the price we were looking for. He took care of everything else (pictures, posting, selling). He called me within 72 hours of listing the home with an offer. Proceeds were wired to my account in less than 24 hours. Very easy and very professional. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling a house.

Such lovely people, Daisy especially! My fiance and I were looking for our first home and she was kind, patient and diligent the whole way. Being young and inexperienced home buyers, it was really nice having someone close to our age with a great understanding of what we were looking for and always willing to explain anything that we didn't understand. Jason was great as he has been before. He is attentive, detail-oriented, responsive at a wide variety of times and made the sale of our land pretty much a bunch of e-signatures and less than an hour at a bank. This particular sale involved some complex circumstances and considerations and at each turn, he devoted the time to ensure he understood all the aspects, checked in with me when he needed my clarification and proffered excellent guidance and counsel which definitely contributed to a highly successful experience.

As an out of state client, I began the process by obtaining recommendations from a local bank and conducting phone interviews. My wife and I had a good feeling about Jason and did a follow-up, in-person interview with him and his wife while in town. While it took awhile to finalize the process and get things officially started, Jason patiently hung in there.

Our situation was unique and complicated. Jason provided valuable help and insight regarding the sales price and brought a number of prospective buyers to the property, making special arrangements for off-road site tours, and was considerate of current residency needs.

We had a two day open house, followed by immediate and multiple offers, with one above the asking price.

To make a long story short, Jason got it done, assigned a team member to help us find another home, and he and his wife and son helped us pack up the house!

I believe Jason will work hard and do his best to help you find success!

Jason and Melissa did a fantastic job selling our house. They were always available to answer questions and give counsel. Polite, professional, patient, hard working, respectful, these are terms that quickly come to mind when describing their service. Could not be more pleased with their performance. Sold our house for more than we expected and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier on us. Even at closing, when the deal was done I took note at one point the other realtors and lenders in the room were all on their phones but our team was just setting there attentive and ready to support if needed. This sums up our experience with them. They were never pushy, but struck the perfect balance between letting us make decisions and feel in control while providing sound guidance and steering us around obstacles. Would absolutely work with Jason and Melissa again and recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.

We interviewed multiple realtors years ago trying to find someone who would work hard for us, listen to us and go to bat for us in all ways. Jason knocks it out of the park every time. He is a true professional and the cream of the crop when it comes to realtors in a very large area through central Kentucky. My fiancé and I recently purchased a home in an area that we will soon be moving to. Since we are currently located 6+ hours away, Jason was very flexible with his schedule when it came to walk throughs, and never rushed us through the multiple homes and hours we spent viewing homes. Once we chose a home, Jason kept us up to date on the process, changes, and rendered his expertise in some situations. Since we were not in the area, he visited the house regularly and sent us pictures of the progression of fixes we requested. He helped give us peace of mind on this big purchase since we were not able to physically be there ourselves. I would highly recommend Jason during your buying experience!
