Jason Keeling is an American entrepreneur, real estate broker, and community leader based in Galveston, Texas. He is best known for founding Ryson Vacation Rentals and later establishing Bluewater Highway Investments. Keeling has made a significant impact on the local real estate market and the vacation rental industry in Galveston Island. Keeling began his career in real estate in 2004 at the Prudential Gary Greene Office in Galveston. In his first year, he became a top producer and created the number one website in Galveston, sellinggalveston.com. In 2006, Keeling founded Ryson Vacation Rentals, which quickly became the fastest-growing vacation rental company on Galveston Island. Ryson Vacation Rentals started with 10 units, including one owned by Keeling himself. The company expanded through natural growth and acquisitions, such as Gulf Coast Concierge, which added a significant number of units to their portfolio. By 2012, Ryson managed 100 units, and by 2020, this number had grown to 275 units. Keeling also oversaw the expansion of Ryson's real estate division, which included 10 agents, with Keeling serving as the broker. In 2019, Keeling was recognized as one of the "40 Under 40" by the Galveston Daily News. In 2020, Ryson was named "Small Business of the Year" by the Galveston Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, Keeling sold Ryson Vacation Rentals and founded Bluewater Highway Investments. He also acquired the local RE/MAX office, RE/MAX Leading Edge. In 2022, the RE/MAX office received the "Outstanding Office of the Year" award for the region and a production award for generating over $275 million in sales. RE/MAX currently has over 40 active real estate agents including the number one RE/MAX agent in Texas. RE/MAX Leading edge is number one in Galveston market share.
