Mr. Jason C. Kim has a wide breadth of knowledge of, and 20+ years experience in, the real estate industry. He oversees all operations of HUSB Commercial Real Estate Services and specializes in retail leasing, investments and strategic planning. Prior to founding HUSB Commercial, Mr. Kim was owner of LiveWell Realty, HelpUSell Realty and Advance Realty. Previously at Yutopia Realty, Mr kim was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers nationwide and developed many Office and Retail Projects. He served as Director of Leasing and Development and was responsible for overseeing leasing agents and approving leases for 60+ properties throughout the east coast. Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration from the College of William And Mary in Virginia. His professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realltors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr Kim has Real Estate Broker License from Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia.
Mr. Kim specializes in retail leasing is responsible for tenant and landlord representation for retail clients and properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He also specializes in the sale and/or lease of pad sites and vacant land. Mr. Kim is the principal broker for HUSB Commercial Real Estate and LiveWell Realty. His experience encompasses both commercial and residential sales, together with real estate foreclosure auctioneering and negotiating business transfers.
