Absolutely loved working with Jason! My husband and I started working with Jason before we moved to the DMV area. He thoroughly walked us thru our first time home owner buying options and a timeline of what happens. In March 2023 we got more serious of buying and we went out to see homes for 8 weeks. Due to health issues and the inability to stay alone, I needed to sell my home of 36 years. After interviewing several agents, I know Jason was the agent for me. Also, he came highly recommended. He came to the initial interview well prepared: attractive and very informative notebook with pertinent data for selling a home; comparative data about home sales in my community, as well as infor about his experiences, knowledge, and expertise. He completed an assessment of my home and secured a contractor to make repairs at a reasonable cost. Over the next 2 months, he executed his plan to sell my house. Although I moved out of state during the process, Jason kept me informed, monitored the work being done on my house, and always returned my calls and answered my questions in a timely manner. Jason was very accommodating and knowledgeable not only about real estate and the process of buying a home, but also what makes a particular property ideal for purchase and when a property wasn't the best choice (i.e. if it needed some work or potentially had serious issues). He is very knowledgeable about the area, professional, courteous, and responsive. He took the time to explain the buying process throughly (especially for first time buyers). There were numerous occasions he found issues with homes that were not readily apparent to us; took the time to point out any flaws in the home.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jason in selling our home. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and responsive. Throughout the whole time, he provided excellent advice, acted as a great advocate, and educated us throughout the whole process. It was evident that he has a passion for the work and cares deeply about his clients.

This mattered b/c my wife and I were relocating and so he helped coordinate so many things behind the scenes and went out of his way to make sure that he kept us well informed and up-to-date on what was happening. I felt that I could trust this big process to him. He provided great recommendations on how to fix certain things of the home, stage it, and market based on seasonality and other variables.

Once we left town, Jason handled everything flawlessly and there was minimal worry I had to have. I felt like he was vested every step of the way and we were able to quickly sell the home at a great price very quickly thanks to the hard work of his team. I am thankful that I worked with Jason during this time and he made us relocating to another city so much easier b/c I could trust him as an agent.

A few years back, Jason helped me buy my first condo in DC. This was a process that was intimidating and something I never thought I'd be able to do. He was so easygoing, knowledgeable, and helpful in pointing out pros and cons of each place I was interested in. He even picked me up and drove me to listings since I didn't have a car! It surprised me to realize that it was more than five years ago that I first met Jason, when the idea of buying was merely a dream. I happened upon him by chance, and we struck up a good rapport. Jason invited me to some workshops that he was doing then to explain the process to first time buyers like me. He provided useful guidance and information. Never did I think that it would take me more than five years to realize my goal. One would imagine that realtors would lose patience with such slow moving clients and just move on. But not Jason Lallis! He remained in contact during all that time and was completely understanding when all manner of unexpected challenges prevented me from moving forward - and there were many! When I was finally in a position this year to actually buy, Jason was immensely helpful, strategic in his insights, resourceful with his guidance and a great sounding board for my ideas as I tried to work out what was best for me. As it turned out, I had to close on the deal during an incredibly stressful period for me and the family. If you are a first time home buyer like I was or on your second or third house Jason is the agent you want. He walked me step by step of the entire process, gave insight into things that I should be taking into consideration, explained the different types of mortgages and was there for each inspection. He makes you feel comfortable that you made the right decision. The daily emails of new listings, changes in current listings, and where the open houses weren't enough he will answer any call, text or email all hours of the day. My husband and I started talking to Jason months before we were actually ready to purchase a home, and he gave us valuable insight and guidance along the way, including proactive check-ins to see how we were doing. By the time we were ready to buy, we were walking into one of the most competitive buyers' markets in recent history (thanks COVID!), with a baby on the way, and frankly, I was pretty stressed.
