Due to health issues and the inability to stay alone, I needed to sell my home of 36 years. After interviewing several agents, I know Jason was the agent for me. Also, he came highly recommended. He came to the initial interview well prepared: attractive and very informative notebook with pertinent data for selling a home; comparative data about home sales in my community, as well as infor about his experiences, knowledge, and expertise. It surprised me to realize that it was more than five years ago that I first met Jason, when the idea of buying was merely a dream. I happened upon him by chance, and we struck up a good rapport. Jason invited me to some workshops that he was doing then to explain the process to first time buyers like me. He provided useful guidance and information. Never did I think that it would take me more than five years to realize my goal. One would imagine that realtors would lose patience with such slow moving clients and just move on. But not Jason Lallis! He remained in contact during all that time and was completely understanding when all manner of unexpected challenges prevented me from moving forward - and there were many! If you are a first time home buyer like I was or on your second or third house Jason is the agent you want. He walked me step by step of the entire process, gave insight into things that I should be taking into consideration, explained the different types of mortgages and was there for each inspection.
