From the initial consultation all the way through signing the final paperwork, their team was professional, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. Trust Real Estate Company's expertise and years of experience were evident every step of the way. They utilized multiple marketing tools and platforms to maximize exposure, and the results spoke for themselves. We had a signed purchase agreement within the first few days on the market. Jason also did an excellent job helping us navigate multiple offers and ultimately choose the one that best aligned with our goals.

Jason made the process of selling our home a breeze! He answered every question, gave expert advice, and came with knowledge of our housing market the first time we met with him. Since this was our first time selling a house, it was great to work with someone who knew the buying and selling process so well. Jason was a dream to work with. He knows his business inside and out and does his homework. He planned out the best way to market our unique home and gave us invaluable advice.

His checklist for preparing the home for photos and showings was extremely helpful. He also helped showcase the most wonderful features of our home.

Best of all, he was very personable and professional at all times. As his agency name notes, he is trustworthy. He always responded to inquiries within 2 hours max, usually immediately. And he always knew the answer.

We highly, highly recommend Jason. You cannot go wrong with him.

Its stressful selling your first home and without the guidance from Jason and his team I feel it would have never went as smooth as it did. I had a few conversations with Jason about selling and he said when your ready to let him know. He was not pushy, never brought it up if I hadn't mentioned it first and when I had questions about what to do in my home before putting it up for sale he was always quick to respond with quality advice. Jason is amazing! As first time homebuyers during the peak of the COVID-19 closures, and buying from out of state Jason made the process smoother than we ever expected! He was always willing to hop on a call, very responsive to emails, ready to have zoom tours when we wanted to see a house, and still just as helpful even after closing on our home.
