I worked with Jason and his team to sell my home in Dublin, California. We were relocating out of state, and the JPRE team handled everything. We packed up and left and they cleaned up, repainted, and disposed of our unwanted furniture. It made our move incredibly easy.
Additionally, Jason sold my house before listing at a great price. We've bought and sold several houses, and this team was the best we've worked with by a mile.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Jason and the whole team at The JPRE Group to buy a new home and sell our existing house. Jason was extremely responsive, helpful and did whatever he could to take the burden off our shoulders as we went through through this multistep sales process. An expert in the bay/east bay/tri valley market, Jason provided us with the proper data points to make the best decisions on buying and selling. Jason and his team has help me purchase and sell multiple homes so I enlisted him to sell my parents home. My parents are immigrants who tend to need a little additional help with understanding the ins and outs of selling a home. With Jason's professionalism and responsiveness my parents were alwsys at ease during the entire process and that is something I truly appreciated. I would definitely continue to hire Jason as my realtor.

Powerful, Confidence, Step by Step Process = Success.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jason.. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We didn’t even have to meet other realtors before Jason; we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on but most important installed confidence in the process; HIS process. Trust us. Follow his process; he really helped to take the pressure off of us.

We never felt forced to make an offer and when we found our house we were one of eight offers submitted. It’s ironic because normally you feel you will get outbid or “let’s keep looking they are not going to choose us....” Here is the confidence: Jason and his team walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was a unique approach but it worked and we thank Jason for that every day! We got the house we wanted not the “other” house. We still speak with Jason on improvements for our house. Working with Jason will become a lifelong relationship not just a transaction.

Working with Jason & his team was very easy & stress free. My husband & I told him what we wanted in a home and Jason complied a number of homes for us to look at. With a few homes that we were prepared to look at, we decided to do a spontaneous “drive by” to check out some of the neighborhoods. Coincidentally, Jason called to check in and set a date for house showings and we told him we were driving around & looking at homes - He said he would meet us in 15 minutes bc he wanted our drive to be worth our time. How amazing I told my husband. A realtor that goes above and beyond. He helped us find our new home and guided us every step of the way. Jason and his team helped me SELL my home in Dublin just after the shelter-in-place order in March 2020. My husband and I were a bit skeptical about selling during this time, but had all the confidence in Jason. He explained to us that there were safety precautions and rules about selling homes during a pandemic. He did a fantastic job representing us. He and his team coached us on what we can do to spruce the property up to get the most out of our home. He had had our home painted, carpets replaced and professionally cleaned. All the marketing material was phenomenal. Our home looked like a page out of a magazine on the internet. In the end, we accepted an offer in 5 days.

Later after the sale, Jason helped us purchase a new home in Danville. He showed us around, explained the buying process (in a pandemic) and negotiated us a great deal on a home. He was super diligent with his inspections, paperwork, disclosures and timing. Most importantly, he was able to take calls after hours and on the evenings.

In a year that had a list full of unexpected challenges, we did not expect to buying/selling homes to that list. We were worried and scared of what to expect of the real estate market due to covid-19, but Jason and his team put our worries to rest. They made the selling process easy and trouble free and we sold our house within 2 weeks. Plus we found a house in great neighborhood with all the checkmarks from our list. We closed on selling and buying within the same timeframe, without a worry. Jason and his team are the experts at what they do and will ensure that all your real estate needs are met!
