About Jason
Jason Quimby's passion for real estate started when he was young. As a child, he was always intrigued by spaces and how they worked together to create the place people call home. He took it a step further in high school and college by taking drafting courses and pursuing a career in architecture. In college, his horizons expanded beyond architecture to include advertising and eventually marketing and online marketing when he sought a masters in Business Administration.
After some years as a project manager on various information technology contracts, he reignited his passion for real estate at first by renovating his own home and later by purchasing a second home and investment properties. Those experiences provided him with first-hand experience on construction, design and the costs associated with various types of repairs and renovations.
The sum of his life experiences have coalesced into a successful career in real estate. As an agent, he routinely call upon his experience with different styles of homes and designs to help find the perfect home for my clients. He regularly relies on my knowledge of construction, renovation and investments to help his clients make informed decisions about the costs of various improvements, their return on investment, and in determining the value of a property. He also relies on the negotiating skills he has developed as a project manager to help his clients achieve the best possible sales price and terms.
