Jason went above and beyond as my realtor buying my first home. I was extremely anxious about the whole process, but Jason did an incredible job educating me and assuaging my fears. He'd stay up with me until 2 in the morning to make sure all my questions got answered about my offer and paperwork and was also basically working as my part-time therapist through this whole process. He even bought me a year of home warranty when I expressed concern over waiving inspection to make our offer stronger, but I'm glad we did because my offer was accepted quickly on a property I desperately wanted. Jason is also a straight-shooter, no-BS type of realtor. He's not the type to sugar-coat anything. He tells it like it is and works incredibly hard for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you are interested in selling your property fast and for the highest value, don't look any further. After interviewing four other realtors, we realized right away that we would only trust Jason Saunders for the sale of our house. He is a very professional and experienced realtor, very knowledgeable about the process, and a great resource for setting our house to the right price for today's market. He sold our house within the first weekend it hit the market. He was so easy to work with and extremely responsive. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are so glad that we chose Jason Saunders an excellent realtor, and we highly recommend him!

Excellent service and attention to detail. The assistance I received to sell my home was invaluable in getting a good sale price as well as having someone negotiate on my behalf with a very particular buyer.

Not only did I get a better price than I was expecting, the agent ensured I was kept in the loop the entire time. Very proactive service. Would recommend to anyone I know.
