Jason Sewald

Bay Area luxury property advisor Jason Sewald sees real estate as a family affair. Upon becoming an agent in 2006, Jason promptly teamed up with his mother, top mid-Peninsula producer Maya Sewald. Together they are among the top Bay Area real estate industry leaders and are well respected by clients and peers alike. Now they have decided to take their experience and expertise to the next level by creating Ovation Real Estate, a boutique agency dedicated to premier customer service.

Acting as an advisor and partner, Jason specializes in assisting buyers and sellers achieve their goals by setting realistic market expectations based on the most current data. A product of the computer age, Jason puts great importance into market data analysis to better understand local areas and to give their clients a deeper insight and education into property opportunities, both on and off market. His warm and friendly personality are a well-known trademark of Jason's rapport with clients, and they are quite simply, comfortable putting their trust in him.

Jason is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. Prior to entering real estate, Jason sold technology solutions both software and hardware to companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, two children and dogs, sports, traveling and experimenting with brewing beer.
