Trying to find the perfect house is difficult and exhausting. Jason helped my husband and me tremendously. He had so much knowledge and information to give. We were out of state buyers. I had received Jason's name from someone to whom he had given free advice. I contacted him and told him what we were looking for and he started doing searches with us. Six weeks into the search we were told by our lender that we would not qualify for another home. I told Jason that we were out of the market and would not be likely in the market for another six months. Jason suggested that we talk to his broker. With his brokers assistance we were able to qualify for more than we had originally intended and the search was back on. We spent three or four days with Jason looking at homes. The home we ultimately purchased was one that we only saw in pictures and video. Jason made multiple trips to the house to do video. After we made the deal Jason made trips to the local building department to secure as built drawings which helped to significantly lower our insurance premiums. Jason arranged all home inspections prior to closing. We enjoyed working with him and would do so again - Peter C.

We started looking for a house in may of this year. Both my wife and I work full time and rarely had time during the week to go house hunting. Most of the Realtors in the area had strict business hours and would take days to reply. When we found Jason we figured it was going to be the same. We were completely wrong.
