ThuAn moved to San Diego over 12 years ago to continue pursuing her career in Nursing. She rented out her home in Sacramento, while going to school in San Diego. ThuAn purchased her first home at the age of 21, with the influence of her family’s involvement in Real Estate. She understood the importance of investing.
Her background gives her a firsthand understanding and respect for San Diegans with dual cultural identities like herself and her family. . She can identify with clientele from diverse backgrounds and is committed to understanding their needs and desires in order to best serve them.
Prior to making the switch to the Real Estate industry, she worked in sales management, customer service, hospitality, and healthcare. Her exposure and extensive involvement with her family’s Real Estate
business fueled her passion to pursue her own career as a Realtor.
Jason, a San Diego native, has extensive knowledge of San Diego’s communities and his involvement within the community as well. Jason grew up in Rancho Bernardo, where both his parents and grandparents live.
He spent a vast majority of his young adulthood working as a lifeguard, hospitality, and a local route driver, while going to school to become a Firefighter. He is also a certified EMT. While pursuing his dream job to become a Firefighter, due to the lack of local opportunities, Jason was forced to make a career change. Jason is highly-focused and thrives on challenges. His outgoing personality, desire to build and maintain strong relationships, and entrepreneurial spirit led him to real estate, where he has been working for many years.
Jason & ThuAn have been together for 12 years and married for almost 6 years. They have a little son name Logan, who is 3 years old. He is the LOVE of their life. They’re residents of Rancho Bernardo and are very rooted in their community.
