Javaria made our house buying experience a breeze. Even amidst the uncertainty of a pandemic, Javaria had a great understanding of the market and knew the answers to our questions before we could even think to ask. She walked us through on buying our first investment property and made it simple and painless. Her knowledge about the property, area, school dst and potential to rent is phenomenal. After the closing we had an incident where water made it way to the basement, Javaria was leaps ahead of us and already had the roadmap what to do :). I never lost sleep and felt comfortable that we made good decisions under her guidance. I highly recommend calling her for a quick chat if you’re in the search for a realtor in greater Cincy area.
