About Javier

Javier is your “Bienes Raíces” Specialist! A Williamsburg Brooklyn native who currently lives in Flushing, Queens. He specializes in sales within the area that he was born and raised, as well as parts of Queens, such as Ridgewood and Ozone Park. Javier has seen the dramatic changes that have come to the Williamsburg area within the past 20 years and is very familiar with what it takes to sell or buy a home in one of NYC’s most sought after neighborhoods.

“I remember walking down Bedford Ave as a teenager and seeing all the boarded up shops and vacant lots with maybe only 1 or 2 people walking down a block. To see the transition over the past couple of years to the bustling metropolis it has become is amazing. New developments, new businesses and new people coming from all over the world to live in an area where I played as a kid. Growing up and coming from a Puerto Rican family in Williamsburg in the 80’s, we saw it all. I am a big believer that change is good for our community and for me to be a part of it is even more exciting, I am proud of my work as a real estate agent and providing the best customer experience to my clients in an area where I grew up is my ultimate satisfaction.”

Javier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Childhood Education from Hunter College. He previously spent 10 years in Marketing and Insurance Sales before jumping into Real Estate. Javier also has over 20 years experience as a Professional DJ and has provided music entertainment for thousands of guests at private events over the years, four of those years when he served as a private DJ for former President Barack Obama at the White House. These experiences have helped him build the skills necessary to network and build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service in his real estate career.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Javier is proud to serve the area that made him the man he is today. He loves telling his clients about the area that they are choosing to call home and how it was years ago and they love hearing his stories too.
