Jay Fruhling

My name is Jay Fruhling. I have been a real estate professional and broker in East Central Illinois since 2000. Having lived in the Champaign and Vermilion county areas my entire life brings a very comprehensive knowledge and expertise to my real estate practice in both residential and farmland transactions. My wife and I have raised our four wonderful children on our rural farm. Now as adults, they too have chosen to live and raise their families here in the local area. We enjoy experiencing the beauty of all the seasons, friendly down-to-earth people, culture, and outdoor activities offered. Serving as an elected Board of Review member in my county has provided me insight into the needs of our citizens.
