He made himself available to show us a home at the spur of the moment and from there, had us at the closing table and in our beautiful new home in 3 weeks flat! He is extremely knowledgeable and is going to keep it real with you all the way. He works hard to get you what you want and need. All the stars!

Jay helped me sell my home in February 2023 and was such a joy to work with. He had done his research and was knowledgeable about the current market and trends. He actually recommended I raise my planned asking price, then COMPLETELY FOLLOWED THROUGH on securing the sale at that price! I had an offer in a matter of days! Jay was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was great at answering all my questions and getting me to the appropriate people if it wasn't something he could answer. When I would get the runaround from others, he would step in and get what I needed, he even went so far as to pick up the slack of the sellers agent in order to help the process continue smoothly. He truly went above and beyond for me. This was my first time purchasing a home and I don't think I would have felt as comfortable choosing anyone else! He listened to what I wanted and needed for me and my family and delivered! If you are in need of an agent, he is definitely the way to go!
