Jay Lelyukh moved to Big Island in 2020, at the peak of covid season. It was a ghost town here so his family had a lot of time to explore the island with nearly zero traffic. They fell in love with Hawaii and 5 years later are happy to call this island home! Before getting into real estate, Jay specialized in appliance and HVAC repair. He has been in thousands of different homes and has a lot of knowledge about various types of housing. He also runs a YouTube channel called "Word of Advice TV" where he teaches homeowners how to fix their own appliances. But let's get back to Big Island - the effects of covid wore off and it's no longer a ghost town! Now there is a lot of activity happening all around.
