We worked with Jay to purchase our first home, and have nothing but good things to say about his professionalism, knowledge, and working style. He was patient, responsive, and straightforward with us throughout the process, and was an anchor in a crazy-COVID-housing-market-sh*tstorm. Jay has great senses of intuition and humor, shares his expansive knowledge about the market and the purchasing process openly, and (perhaps most importantly) will not just tell you want you want to hear or give you an answer he is unsure about. While he guided us in making offers on four different houses, including the one we purchased, he never pressured us or used any sales-y tactics - a huge plus. Jay always made us feel like we were a priority and he had all the time in the world to answer our questions and concerns, while he worked behind the scenes to make everything go smoothly. He is reliable, impeccably punctual, encouraging, and overall extremely pleasant to spend Sunday afternoons with. We have already recommended him to friends looking for an agent in the area, and would definitely work with him again in the future.
