I have know Jay for nearly 20 years. He is the best. Jay was the listing agent for me when I sold my Bellevue house earlier this spring at a record price, right before the market downturned. He also led the high-quality remodel of my house in order to get it sale-ready. It turned out amazing and he was a huge asset in selling my house. Now just a week ago, Jay was the buying agent for me when I just bought a new house in Bellevue. Jay is trustworthy, so responsible, well-connected with every brokerage/builder/contractor/agent so he knows how to navigate to get the best deal for his client. 10/10 for sure!!!
