Jay Patel

Jigneshkumar 'Jay' Patel has called Washington home for eleven great years, nine of which have been in Redmond. After getting his Masters in Environmental Sciences, he chose to become a Certified Hotel Administrator in Hospitality Management. Jay has gained experience from the ground up in these 11 years, owning and managing properties in the hotel industry, especially with Choice Hotel International, the world's largest hospitality chain. While he remains an investor and managing member of such properties, he has decided to expand his portfolio in the recent years and taken a more active role as a realtor.

Jay is well-acquainted with the western Washington market, including school districts, especially in the east side. Having been on the other side of the table for successful negotiations, he has a deep appreciation for each client's unique needs and how best to address them. Each real estate deal is different, and he prides himself on learning something new from all of them. This makes him a great asset to have on your side for commercial or residential sales.

His focus is to provide you, the clients, with knowledge to better understand the processes that goes into buying or selling properties while providing support by being available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The strong work ethic, business sense, accessibility, and negotiation skills ensure that his clients’ personal real estate needs are fulfilled.
