Jay began his career in real estate appraisal while still in college, quickly earning a reputation as a trusted professional. His background as an appraiser gives him a unique edge as a Realtor, allowing him to accurately price homes, identify market opportunities, and guide clients with confidence.
In 2014, Jay co-founded Living Realty, LLC, where he built a referral-driven business model centered on long-term relationships and client trust. Today, more than 98% of his business comes from personal referrals, a reflection of the care, integrity, and results he provides.
In 2022, Jay joined Samson Properties, where he continues to leverage top-tier marketing tools and business development systems to better serve buyers and sellers across Northern Virginia.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University and maintains both his Realtor and Appraiser licenses in Virginia. He lives in South Riding with his wife, Cathie, and their three children, Kate, Will, and Cara.
