As out of town buyers, we first began looking at homes last summer (2016). This is our 7th home purchase and Jayme, by far, has been the best realtor we ever worked with. If you are looking for a realtor as you search for your perfect home, there is no one better qualified and we can't sing Jayme's praises enough. Through Jayme's fantastic negotiating skills we agreed on a fair price for a home. The home was built in 1960 and there were some structural concerns. Thankfully, Jayme had so many good local contacts for all types of inspections (general, electrical, chimney, well water and septic). Not only that, she personally arranged each inspection and met the inspectors at the home. Unfortunately, we found there had been a chimney fire not disclosed by the sellers as well as extremely shoddy and dangerous electrical wiring. The sellers refused to fix anything and we moved on. Jayme only cared about getting us into a home that was right for us and she certainly delivered on that! She spent many weekends showing us homes. My husband and I were so impressed with the research she did ahead of time to provide a good selection of quality homes. Coming from out of town, we truly appreciated how she went above and beyond to ensure our time was never wasted. Jayme did such an excellent job of protecting our interests and providing top notch professional realty services. We are very happy and satisfied with our home which closed escrow yesterday. There is no doubt that we will be recommending Jayme Foster for years to come.

We were in no rush to buy because we were searching for the perfect home. She was very respectful and understanding of that and never pressured us to put in offers or tried to rush our decision making. With her help we found our perfect forever home. She was always very quick to answer text and emails, and let us know when she was going to be unavailable as well. She kept us in mind when she would see homes show up on MLS and suggest them to us before they hit the market. She works hard for you and makes you feel very comfortable. I would suggest her to anyone who needs a realtor.

Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: I specifically choose Jayme to represent me on this transaction because it was a short sale which usually takes a while (6 months & longer) to complete so I wanted somebody who would be pleasant but persistent with the process while communicating with me every step of the way. Jayme was all that and more! She managed to get it done in 4.5 months which is really good for a short sale. Jayme is very professional and fun to work with too! I would absolutely have Jayme represent me again and I look forward to it!

Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: We were down to the wire before our lease was going to expire. We switched agents to Jayme and were incredibly impressed. We were buying from 2 hours away and she was so helpful. Even went the extra mile by offering to go to a property and take additional photos and video for us. Within a couple months we had an excepted offer on the perfect house. She continued to do everything to make the process as easy and as effortless as possible for us with the VA, home inspections, and relations with the previous home owner. Her greatness didn't stop after we purchased either. She offered assistance with getting us connected with the community, daycare, employment, and make new friends in the area. When our heater stopped working she assisted us in probiding names, numbers, and email for our home warrantee so we could get it fixed.
