Jayne Coleman

Jayne Coleman is a lifelong resident of Sumner County and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she earned her B.B.A. in Management. She has a strong background in real estate. Jayne began her career in real estate by working for a Gallatin attorney specializing in real estate. She executed title searches, prepared closing documents, conducted closings, and worked with numerous lending institutions and real estate professionals. Pairing this background with real estate sales, she realized her potential and passion for the industry, and chose to pursue the sales side by getting her affiliate broker license. Jayne earned her real estate license through Continual Learning Institute in Nashville. Jayne is a member of the Sumner Realtors where she is a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee. Jayne is also a member of the Tennessee Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Jayne has earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor designation and is an accredited Senior Real Estate Specialist. As a PSA, she stands out in pricing properties at that "sweet spot" to sell at the optimal price without being on the market for an extended period of time. As an SRES, Jayne knows the challenges in working to make sure "home" is the best place one can age in place or is trained in how to assist in searching for the best situation as we age or as our parents age. If you are faced with a situation needing special care for senior adults, Jayne is equipped to assist with that challenge. She has served on various leadership boards. Jayne and her husband, Andy, are members of First Baptist Church in Gallatin. In her free time, Jayne enjoys exploring Nashville's restaurants, going to concerts and plays, kayaking, and traveling. Jayne and Andy have two grown children. Their son, Andrew, is married to Kaitlyn Clairday Coleman, and their daughter, Kathryn, is married to Kylar Russell. During travels, Jayne and her family members can usually be found on some beach ... somewhere! Jayne, Kaitlyn, and Andrew are founding members of The Coleman Group Onward. Being a lifelong resident of Sumner County, Jayne knows all of the unique offerings of the county. Andrew spent his early years in Sumner County, and then married Kaitlyn, who is a lifelong resident of Wilson County. Their residency in Wilson County gives them a very up close and personal knowledge of the county's offered properties.
