Jayne Zeamer

Jayne has been a successful real estate professional representing buyers and sellers for over 30 years. She has been one of Coldwell Banker’s top brokers and is respected in the real estate community.

Her career started in downtown Boston collaborating with both buyers and sellers with their real estate goals in Beacon Hill, Back Bay, and the South End. As her career took off and she became quite experienced and knowledgeable about the entire market, she started helping her clients in all of Boston’s Metropolitan areas.

Her client base is quite extensive. Given her vast knowledge of Boston proper and outer suburbs and surrounding towns, she helps her clients in buying as well as selling their homes.

Jayne's strength is to give undivided attention to her clients and help them reach their goals in a seamless fashion. With her diligence, Jayne prides herself on creating a pleasant and stress-free atmosphere.

As a result, she has solid followers and a referral base that she has developed over the years. She has attained multiple R.E. awards over the years such as President's Circle and the prestigious International President Elite. Her knowledge and experience add to her successful negotiation skills.

Jayne and her husband raised their two sons in Winchester over the past 20 years. Jayne has an appreciation for the outdoors and nature and loves to ski, play tennis, and bike, and has been a part of a book club for over 15 years.

Jayne continues to take classes to keep herself current with the changing real estate market. Jayne is a member of the Greater Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
