I want to give a huge shout out to JC and his team especially Diego! They were very helpful throughout the entire purchase process and answered every question I had no matter how early or late in the day it was. I wish I could give them more stars but hopefully this review really shows them how much I appreciate everything they did. Without going into much detail they went above and beyond my expectations. After several showings Diego helped me finally find the multi unit property that was perfect for my needs and even negotiated a great deal with the seller that left me speechless! In August of 2022, we began seeking help and guidance to get on the path of purchasing our very first home. The first step was to get familiarized with the home buying process, so we attended a workshop that JC was attending and leading. This workshop was informative, and it helped us to get our financial health more in order, especially preparing financially for the unbelievable expenses associated with the down payment AND all the other closing fees. We were fortunate to have JC as our realtor from day one. Team JC is super responsive, professional, informative and they moved at our pace (which included week breaks from searching). They gave us upfront information regarding mortgage payment price, taxes, disclosures, financial guidance, what will make our offer the most appealing, etc, and they led us through the entire process from our home search to the day of closing (and after) to make sure all things went well. It took us a while to find the "perfect" home for us because of multiple factors (competitive market in the neighborhood we were looking at, bad disclosures on homes, houses extremely outdated, our own preferences, etc), but we are forever grateful that we closed on our house of May of 2023. It was well worth the wait. We are fully moved-in, and we love our new home. Thank you, Team JC, for your patience, honesty, guidance, hard-work and dedication to see this through for us every step of the way. We almost gave up, but we are so glad we didn't because we are ecstatic to be living a long-awaited dream of ours.
