He quickly and flawlessly sold my home for over asking price and helped us find the perfect home below the sellers asking price! His suggestions on negotiation were spot on and his many connections in real estate and financing really helped the entire process go smoothly. Jay is the best of the best straightforward, honest and always goes the extra mile for his clients. He helped me with a very stressful sale of my auntie's home in the city of Detroit. He's not one to just tell you what he thinks she wants to hear he tells you exactly what is correct in every situation. Jay is one of the best. He gives you honest advice and doesn’t rush you to buy any house. He scored me a house in a well known area in Detroit for a steal deal! And got me $2,000 in concessions!!! My family members were shocked on the deal he got me! He showed up to every appointment on time and he has lots of experience. I couldn’t recommend anyone else except Jay! We closed on Monday and we were talking about the next closing the same day! If you’re not going with J’Donovan, you are losing money and making a big mistake!
