Jean stuck with us and problem solved when we were stuck, until we found our family's new home. I can't say enough about the caring and excellent experience I had with Jean and B&W. From day one meeting Jean until after closing on both my house and the one she helped me find I felt she always had my best interest at heart. Jean was there to answer my questions and offer sage advice in a timely manner.
Baird & Warner and Jean had referrals for just about everything I needed and I needed a lot to work my way to a successful sale and move.

Jean is a rockstar!

We recently purchased a home under Jean's expertise. From our initial meeting to home tours, bidding, and working towards closing, Jean ensured we had answers to all of our questions. She even had outstanding referrals for financing and insurance. As a first-time homebuyers, having someone we could trust with our search (and be patient with us) was essential. We found Jean to be extremely professional and has a calming presence. This is a great asset when dealing with stressed sellers. She has great attention to detail and took a lot of time marketing our home before listing it to assure success. Every detail was well thought out on her part then discussed with us. It was absolutely delightful to work with Jean Maiorella.

Jean showed an eagerness to help and went above and beyond: corresponding in the evenings and weekends, sending individualized, personalized, relevant and insightful information on specific properties and their neighborhoods, and conducted herself in a poised and professional manner and really established herself as the expert. It was such a pleasant surprise to not receive the same rote emails with generic “how can I help” messages, but rather, tailored messages with information she knew would be helpful to us based on our correspondences. This shows how skilled she is at active listening and finding out how to deliver information that would keep me engaged. She also demonstrated her experience and expertise by forecasting the questions we would ask, and provided additional information we didn’t outright ask for but served extremely helpful and useful to us.

She never compromised her professionalism while also maintaining a very warm and personal manner. Her attention to our personal detail and family background and interests was superb, and she went out of her way to pepper our experience with generous, thoughtful, and highly personalized gestures. This was not specific to our home search, but also during steps beyond the purchase (ie directing us to how to purchase waste receptacles in our new neighborhood) and life beyond closing (I won’t go into specifics as I am sure she tailors her experience to each buyer, but I will say that what she did for us was incredibly touching and a huge lifesaver amidst a very very hectic and chaotic time in our lives).

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jean and we assure you that you will be in excellent and capable hands should you have the pleasure of working with her, as well.
