Jean-Marc Chevre

Jean-Marc is a passionate real estate professional and luxury real estate consultant serving lifestyle buyers and sellers in the greater Park City area together with Negar, his wife and business partner. “Our business is all about listening to understand; a consultative approach coupled with a steadfast commitment to providing an exceptional real estate experience.” Jean-Marc’s unique background and passion for real estate have served him well in establishing strong professional and personal relationships with all of his clients translating into lifelong friendships.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Jean-Marc is a multi-lingual, international and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the real estate, information technology, private equity and financial services industries. He has worked for companies such as Microsoft, UBS, Credit Suisse and Partners Group in a variety of executive and management consulting positions. He holds degrees in Economics and Information Technology from the University of Berne, Switzerland and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Bridging the gap between business and information technology was one of Jean-Marc's first passions.

In 2003, Jean-Marc moved his young family from Zurich, Switzerland to Southern California, where he started a career in real estate development, consulting and sales, working with boutique developers, real estate investors as well as luxury lifestyle buyers and sellers in the greater Palm Springs area. Jean-Marc continues to hold his real estate broker license in the State of California advising clients in the Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and La Quinta lifestyle markets.

Since moving to Park City in 2012 Jean-Marc has been involved in both commercial and residential real estate development, investment, management, financing, sales and marketing. Notable projects include the Enclave at Sun Canyon, the first modern-contemporary real estate development in Park City, and Synergy Commons, an innovative collection of unique business condominiums. His successful partnership in the Park City luxury real estate market with Negar, his wife of 27 years, has resulted in close to 200 million in sales volume over the past years for NChevre Park City Real Estate, one of the top producing real estate teams in the area.

Jean-Marc is an avid skier and biker and enjoys every aspect of the Park City lifestyle including a few rounds of golf every season. Having played soccer at the highest level in Switzerland in his youth, he continues to actively play in the local adult league and has coached youth soccer for more than 15 years both in Switzerland and California and most recently for the local Park City Soccer Club.

When he’s not working Jean-Marc loves to cook, explore fine dining restaurants, travel, give back to his community and spend quality time with his wife, two college kids Cameron and Isabelle, family and close friends.
