Jeanne Bemis, REALTOR®, is a full-time real estate specialist with over two decades of experience in luxury property sales across Washington and California. Licensed in 2005, she began her career with Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle before relocating to Palm Desert, California, in 2018. Jeanne now serves clients throughout the Coachella Valley as a member of CDAR REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty in Indian Wells.

Representing Buyer services has changed. The National Association of Realtors requires Buyers to have a Buyers Agreement with their Agent to show properties listed for sale. A set commission is negotiated and presented with offers to purchase the property.

Beyond her real estate expertise, Jeanne is the owner of JMB Designs, offering professional interior design and staging services. She is a Certified Staging Consultant and an Aging-in-Place Specialist, ASID Interior Designer since 2002, with recognition including the Master Builders REX Award for Best Interior Design Awards and being honored as one of Seattle Magazine's "Top Ten Designers." Jeanne Bemis is also listed as a Houzz-Pro Designer, adding value to her real estate business.
