Jeanne Chou

Jeanne is no stranger to real estate or real estate investing as a second-generation Realtor.



Jeanne Chou's experiences have enabled her to work with and relate to customers from diverse backgrounds. Shortly after earning an International Studies degree from the College of William & Mary, Jeanne moved to the Washington D.C metro area and has lived for over 24 years in both Arlington County and Fairfax County. Jeanne also lived for brief periods in China, Japan, Taiwan and the San Francisco Bay Area. Jeanne has a working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and some knowledge of Taiwanese, Japanese and French.



In addition, Jeanne has over 10 years background as an Information Technology consultant in Customer Experience Design, Marketing and Web Strategy. These experiences combined with Jeanne's passion to guide clients through the home selling and home buying process, has enabled Jeanne to be familiar with the local market, provide consultant like guidance on the home purchase and selling processes, as well as, guidance on strategy and marketing.



These skills coupled with Jeanne's strong negotiation, problem-averting, and problem-solving skills has enabled her clients to successfully achieve their goals. Jeanne has represented first-time home buyers, investors, seasoned home buyers and sellers and have represented clients in the two hundred-thousand-dollar range and those selling multi-million-dollar properties.



Jeanne has too many hobbies to list. A few hobbies include biking, landscape design and gardening, water color painting, visiting National parks, and traveling. She lives with her teenage daughter in Fairfax County.
