She loves paperwork. Nothing thrills her like a well-organized transaction file and a blazingly obvious paper trail. She lives and breathe risk management and abide by the Realtor Code of Ethics in every aspect of her business.
She is also something of a techie, which means she is quite knowledgeable about the tools real estate agents need to be competitive in the real estate market.
She began her career in real estate as an office assistant. She soon got licensed to better serve in her administrative role, and have worked with several outstanding agencies including Coldwell Banker, Chase International Real Estate, and Dickson Realty. She became an independent transaction coordinator in 2018.
She has been TC certified by California Association of Realtors® and participate in continuing education throughout the year. She also taught classes for the Plumas Association of Realtors®, including new agent orientation, Paragon, Zipforms, and more.
